Introduction

ACerts Construction was founded in 2009 as a home-based firm specializing in 3D civil structural CAD designer. We have since grown into one of the most reputable engineering construction firms in TX. Today, ACerts contractors are a multidisciplinary firm with in-house capabilities to complete general civil, structural FEM, transportation, aviation and water resources engineering; land survey; and construction management projects for federal, state and local government agencies as well as private sectors.

Although our staff has grown to include a number of excellent project managers, ACerts principals continue to play key roles as both project and quality control managers assuring that our clients receive optimal products.  We have earned the confidence of our clients over the years due to our employees’ passion, integrity, and responsiveness. Our goal is to solve your program and  project challenges with our unmatched level of enthusiasm and commitment to high-quality service within the required budgetary and schedule requirements.   We save our client’s hard-earned money by solving design challenges before construction begins.  ACerts our construction managers at lumber yards may suggest solutions, but a structural engineer is trained to design a solution that works! Also known as “drafted architectural plans” or “structural plans,” engineering designs can come in a variety of small to large scale projects. These can include an entirely new building, Demolition proposed to additions, roof adjustments (such as added dormers or skylights), deck designs, or remodeling projects involving the removal of a post or bearing wall. Getting it right the first time. Anyone who has ever had a new home built knows quite well, it is far easier and most cost effective to iron out potential wrinkles ahead of time on a drafted plan set, rather than once the construction has begun. Our fast passed architectural or structural plans can also help our clients stay within their proposed budget.  For example, a homeowner wants a skylight in their master bedroom, but cannot afford to in the initial phase of construction. We can design the framing in the plans, so that in the future, the skylight can be easily installed once their finances are available.This process is easier and cost effective because the framing adjustments are already made.
