William Kerry
Managing Director
William Kerry graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology (HND Environmental Engineering) in 1976. A number of years as project manager with Kentz Engineering saw him working on both small and large scale global projects in the U.K. and Middle and Far East including Suntech city in Singapore and the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
It was while working on such projects that William became aware of the substantial amount of paper used for documentation in the construction industry. During this time he conceived an idea to take this mass documentation and store it digitally. With the advent of the internet, the concept progressed and ACerts was established in order to exploit the obvious opportunities then coming available. Working with a dedicated albeit small development crew, niche markets became available on various sites across the globe.
In the early days, using William’s on-site experience and personal approach with clients, the company won many prestigious projects across the globe. This winning formula will continue in new markets under an expanded sales force in the coming years.

Sarah Connor
Managing Partner
Ms. Sarah Connor has served as a member of our board of directors since 2015. Ms. Sarah engages in private consulting activities for financial institutions. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Veritex Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: VBTX), the holding company of Veritex Community Bank, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. She has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Highlands Bancshares, Inc. and in various senior management positions within the corporate finance functions at Comerica Bank and ABN AMRO / LaSalle Bank. Ms. Connor received a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mathilda Joop has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Before joining Construction Partners in 2009,she was a Regional manager at Oldcastle Materials, Inc. Malhilda is a Licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University.
